You may order through our Facebook messenger. To order through Facebook messenger, please inbox us your desired product image, product code (if any), color, size preference, mentioned quantity and provide your name, phone number and shipping address.

2. Order Confirmation:

  1. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation SMS and an email.

  3. Contact our customer support immediately if you notice any discrepancies.

3. Processing Time:

  1. Our customer support will call you within 12 working hours to reconfirm your order. 
  2. Our team will process your order within 24 business hours.
  3. Additional processing time will be required if short of stock. Apart from these Govt. holidays or if any unavoidable issue occurs then the time will be extended.
  4. In this case, you will be informed from our customer support. 
  5. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for shipment.

4. Shipping:

  1. We offer shipping within Bangladesh.

  1. Products are not returnable. You may exchange it or any other product of equal value should be purchased.
  2. Product is exchangeable if size is small, large. Also the product is subject to change even with the production error. But if there is any evidence that the product has been intentionally or negligently torn or destroyed then it is not refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
  4. Product must be exchanged within the 7 days from purchase.
  5. Products purchased during Eid, Pohela Baisakh and Durja Punjo must be returned before the festival. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the festival.
